1-to-1 Consulting
Please read the following Terms & Conditions clearly before applying.
The investment for 1 hour or part thereof of Herek's time is USD $1,000.
A down payment of USD $500 is required upon completion of the application form.
Only applications with completed down payment will be considered for the 1 to 1 consulting opportunity.
Your deposit will be refunded 100% if we find you're not a good fit. But there'll be no refunds if you're accepted but choose to back off. Only apply if you are really serious about working together.
Should you be accepted, we'll notify you via email. A calendar booking link will be sent to you for booking a date/time. Last minute change of appointment will not be entertained. The balance of USD $500 should be paid upon completion of the 1 hour consultation session.
Should the consultation session exceed 1 hour during the session, you've the choice to decide if you want to buy additional 1 hour blocks, or end it once 1 hour is up.
Please be punctual for your appointment. No time will be made up should you choose to turn up late.
There will be no refunds should you fail to turn up during your appointment.
Consultations take up Herek's personal time which cannot be replaced. So no guarantees will be provided. Ultimately your results are based on your level of receptiveness/coachability and willingness to implement.

1) You expect to be spoon-fed and refuse to do the work to implement.
2) You expect this to help you get-rich-quick.
3) You refuse to take responsibility for your own actions or inactions.
4) You're not open to suggestions and are not coachable.
5) You blame others and blame circumstances rather than learning and growing from experience.
6) You don't care about the people you serve. You're just interested in making money.
